MelonMinds or booking any activity.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the
MelonMinds platform, website, activities, bookings, memberships
and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using MelonMinds,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to
these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not
use the MelonMinds platform or services.
2. About MelonMinds
MelonMinds is an online activity platform designed to connect
parents and children with activity teachers and facilitators for
educational, creative, recreational and developmental activities.
Activities may be conducted at the customer's home or at another
approved location depending on the activity and booking.
3. Eligibility
- Users must provide accurate and truthful information.
- Parents or legal guardians are responsible for bookings made for children.
- Users must have the legal capacity to enter into applicable agreements.
- MelonMinds may restrict or suspend accounts where eligibility or information is found to be inaccurate.
4. Parent & Guardian Responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration and booking information.
- Maintain accurate child information.
- Inform MelonMinds or the assigned teacher about relevant allergies, medical conditions, accessibility requirements or safety concerns.
- Provide a reasonably safe environment when an activity takes place at home.
- Ensure an adult or responsible guardian is available whenever required.
- Ensure that the child follows reasonable safety instructions during the activity.
- Treat teachers, staff and other users respectfully.
5. Teacher Responsibilities
- Maintain professional and respectful behaviour.
- Arrive at the scheduled location on time, subject to reasonable circumstances.
- Follow MelonMinds safety and child-protection requirements.
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with children and parents.
- Protect confidential and personal information.
- Do not request or accept unauthorised direct payments from parents.
- Conduct assigned activities responsibly and professionally.
6. Activity Information
Activity descriptions, durations, prices, age ranges, materials,
availability and other information displayed on the platform may
be updated from time to time.
Parents should review the activity information before completing
a booking and contact MelonMinds if clarification is required.
7. Bookings
A booking request submitted through MelonMinds is subject to
availability and applicable booking procedures.
A booking is considered confirmed when the platform indicates
confirmation or when MelonMinds otherwise confirms the booking.
MelonMinds may reschedule or cancel a session in exceptional
circumstances, including teacher availability, operational
issues, safety concerns or circumstances beyond reasonable
control.
8. Payments
- Payments must be made through payment methods approved or provided by MelonMinds.
- Users should not make payments to teachers outside the authorised MelonMinds payment process.
- Prices displayed on the platform may be changed from time to time.
- Membership pricing and benefits are subject to the applicable membership terms.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
9. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund requests are handled
according to the applicable MelonMinds Refund and Cancellation
Policy.
- Refund eligibility may depend on the timing of cancellation.
- Some bookings or services may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Rescheduling may be offered where availability permits.
- Approved refunds may take reasonable processing time to reach the original payment method.
10. Child Safety
Child safety is a fundamental priority of MelonMinds.
Parents, guardians, teachers and staff are expected to follow
applicable MelonMinds child-safety requirements.
Parents should immediately report any safety concern, inappropriate
behaviour or incident to MelonMinds through the available support
channels.
For emergencies or situations involving immediate danger, contact
the appropriate emergency services first.
11. User Accounts
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Users must not share passwords or intentionally provide access to another person.
- Users must provide accurate account information.
- MelonMinds may suspend accounts involved in fraud, misuse, abuse or safety violations.
12. Privacy & Personal Information
MelonMinds may collect and process information necessary to
provide accounts, bookings, payments, support, teacher assignment
and other platform services.
Personal information will be handled according to the applicable
MelonMinds Privacy Policy and applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the MelonMinds name, branding, logos,
website design, activity descriptions, graphics, text, software
and other original platform content belong to MelonMinds or its
respective licensors.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy or commercially
exploit MelonMinds content without appropriate permission.
14. Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for unlawful purposes.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Interfering with the operation or security of the platform.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing teachers, parents, children or staff.
- Attempting to bypass authorised payment processes.
- Using MelonMinds services in a manner that creates a safety risk.
15. Suspension or Termination
MelonMinds may suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account
or service where a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent
or abusive behaviour, creates a safety concern, or otherwise
misuses the platform.
16. Limitation of Liability
MelonMinds takes reasonable steps to operate the platform and
facilitate appropriate teacher verification and service processes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MelonMinds
shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or
consequential losses arising from the use of the platform,
except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Changes to These Terms
MelonMinds may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time
to reflect changes in the platform, services, operational
practices or applicable legal requirements.
The updated version will be published on this page with an updated
date.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of
India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or
the MelonMinds platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of
the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
